We personally believe that housing is a universal necessity that creates positive change for all of humanity. With housing and the above key-tenets, we believe that we can impact change and help our clients better their lives.

Our process focuses on our core belief and philosophy that the personal, physical, and spiritual well-being of our clients must come first. We partner with numerous local and state professionals, as well as governmental entities, to best meet the needs of our community.

Unlike most providers that have a check-list of requirements, we prefer to take a holistic approach. Most of our clients typically originate via a shared referral source. Often times this could be a doctor, nurse, case worker, social worker or even another clients’ family. Doing so allows us to better understand the special needs of the particular client and therefore make an appropriate decision.

We provide a wide variety of housing options. Some of these include, but are not limited to:

Our Care
All of our cooperative living homes are specifically designed to provide housing that is comfortable, up to date and welcoming. Our residents have access to a wide variety of services provided by outsourced 3rd parties. These include:
- Doctor / Nurse home visits
- Home health services (RN, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy)
- Hospice
- Durable medical equipment
- Case management
- Social work
- Behavioral counseling and therapy
- Medication management
- And more.
In addition to the services provided by our outsourced 3rd parties; we also offer a wide range of services included in our flat monthly fee. These services include, but are not limited to:
- Washer & Dryer
- Open kitchen and living room
- Personal Pantry, Fridge and Freezer space
- Furniture
- Television
- Internet
- All bills paid utilities
- Outdoor Space to sit and relax
